Emma started her Legal career by studying European Business Law with French at the University of Abertay Dundee and Orleans University, Orleans, France.
Upon spending some time as a Teacher of English as a foreign language in Barcelona, Spain, Emma moved to London to complete her CPE and LPC at London Metropolitan University. Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and worked predominantly in wills, tax, probate and family law in a firm in West London.
She now practises solely in wills, tax and probate work involving matters such as estate administration, will drafting, dealing with the preparation and registration of lasting powers of attorney and the registration of enduring powers of attorney and managing the day-to-day running of Court of Protection matters.
Among other things, Emma’s interests include being an Ambassador for Cancer Research UK and running, having undertaken various charity runs such as the Scottish half marathon.
