Damien is the Partner in charge of the Wills, Probate & Trusts Department, having qualified in 1999. He specialises in Wills, administration of Estates, general and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, trusts and estate planning.
He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and the Law Society Private Client Section.
He has previously held the roles of Legal Officer for Invicta Advocacy Network and Trustee of Northfleet Citizens Advice Bureau. He works with a number of charities both in the provision of legal advice and fundraising.
Damien is an aspiring runner, wishful golfer and armchair footballer.
