Lease agreement Great service with regards to a retail lease agreement.
Excellent in all respects James is a pleasure to work with and has always provided an excellent service. I really value his expertise and experience on a wide range of issues. Highly recommended.
I have been using Knocker & Foskett as my legal representation for over a decade across a wide range of disciplines including corporate work, employment strategy, will writing and conveyancing and have found their services and advice to be outstanding. Best of all each individual works very much as part of the overall team – this ensures the most appropriate route to success using the experiences and acumen of many. I have no hesitation in recommending Knocker & Foskett to you as a truly professional and caring legal business.
I cannot recommend Knocker and Foskett too highly. They have been our solicitors for many decades, and in all that time we have always received a service that is both highly professional but also personal, coupled with a clear understanding of the ethos of our company. Crises have been handled with efficiency, speed, and calmness and always there is the willingness 'to go the extra mile' to help in any situation. I am also constantly surprised by the modesty of their invoices.
Our Company recently engaged Knocker and Foskett as our legal representatives, for a merger and acquisition deal. The firm dealt very professionally at all times with the various transactions and were very helpful in guiding us through what was for us previously uncharted territory. In the end Knocker and Foskett were fundamental in the 11th hour completion negotiations.
