Alban qualified in 2019 and has a broad litigation practice. His areas of expertise are in general civil and commercial litigation and he specialises in property litigation acting for freeholders, leaseholders and mangement companies in both commercial and residential disputes. Alban is regularly instructed in small claims, fast and multi-track litigation cases in both the County Courts, High Courts and the Tribunals. He also undertakes work in contentious probate and employment disputes.
